The Garfield County Sheriff’s Office registers convicted sex offenders who reside in unincorporated Garfield County, in accordance with state law. Sex offenders are required to register quarterly or yearly, depending on the crime for which they were convicted.

All convicted sex offenders living in Garfield County must register within five business days after becoming a resident.
