Emergency Operations Plan 2007
The Garfield County Emergency Operations Plan is an all-discipline, all-hazards plan that provides general guidelines and principals for managing and coordinating the overall response and recovery activities before, during and after major emergencies and disaster events that affect unincorporated areas of Garfield County. The plan’s guidelines are consistent with the standards and principles of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) endorsed by the Department of Homeland Security.
